ConnectedDevEnv Employment Advisory helps people and Mittelstand manufacturers make clearer decisions about industrial roles in Germany — without pretending we are a recruitment agency or a software company.
Origin
The practice grew from years of watching skilled workers leave good crafts because a Schichtmodell change, a Standort move, or a poorly translated application closed doors that did not need to close. We started offering structured consultations in Bremen and expanded remote work across Germany as demand grew from automotive suppliers, metalworking shops, and production logistics teams.
How we work
We speak the vocabulary of the Hallen: Fachrichtung, Tarifgruppe, Meisterprüfung, Instandhaltung, Qualitätssicherung. Sessions stay concrete. We name trade-offs — pay versus commute, title versus actual duties — and write them down so you can reuse the reasoning with HR or a Betriebsrat counselor.
