Purposes and legal bases
We process data to respond to enquiries, deliver agreed consulting work, improve site reliability, and meet legal obligations. Retention
Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a longer retention is needed for an active engagement or legal claim. Engagement files are retained for up to six years after the last activity, aligned with ordinary commercial record needs in DE, then deleted or anonymised unless law requires longer storage.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Processors (e.g. email or hosting providers) may process data under contract. We share data with authorities only when legally required.
International transfers
If a processor stores data outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
Your rights
