Engagements and fees
Fees described on the site are guidance. A confirmed engagement begins when both parties agree scope and price in writing (including email). Deposits for booked in-person sessions are non-transferable except as stated in our refund policy.
Intellectual property
Website content, written plans we prepare for you, and our materials remain our intellectual property. You may use deliverables prepared for your engagement for your personal or internal business career decisions. You may not resell or republish our templates or site content without permission.
Client materials

Liability
Career outcomes depend on employers, labour markets, and factors outside our control.
