Engagement process
From first note to written plan
Industrial careers hinge on certificates, Schichtmodelle, and regional plant demand. Our process keeps those facts in view from the first message to the final document.
Four stages
What happens after you request a session
-
Intake
You share role history, preferred Bundesländer, language for safety briefings, and whether you face a deadline such as a Betriebsänderung or notice period. We confirm which consultation fits before any fee is agreed.
-
Document pass
We review Stellenbeschreibungen, Zeugnisse, and any Tarif notes you provide. Gaps are listed early so the live session is not spent hunting for papers.
-
Working session
Together we rank realistic industrial titles, discuss relocation versus commuting, and name the next concrete actions — courses, internal applications, or targeted plant outreach.
-
Written delivery
You receive a summary and action plan suited to the engagement type. Follow-up hours are optional and billed separately so the core fee stays clear.
What we ask you to prepare
- Current or most recent Stellenbeschreibung
- Certificate list (Ausbildung, Meister, safety tickets)
- Preferred regions and hard limits on shifts or travel
- For dossier reviews: the target Stellenausschreibung
Where sessions take place
Most individual consultations run by phone or video across Germany. In-person sessions are available at our Bremen Oberneuland office. Employer site visits in the Bremen region are quoted separately when a floor walk clarifies the hiring brief.
