This policy applies to paid engagements with ConnectedDevEnv Employment Advisory for employment consulting related to manufacturing and industrial workforce careers in Germany. It does not cover products or delivery models we do not offer (for example physical goods or software subscriptions).
Eligibility
Refunds depend on how far the engagement has progressed and whether a deposit reserved a timed slot. Informational prices on the website are not charges until you confirm an engagement in writing.
Timeframe
Cancellation or refund requests should be sent to info@connecteddevenv.digital as soon as possible. We respond within five business days.
Full refund
If you cancel a scheduled consultation or coaching session at least 48 hours before the agreed start time, and no substantive document review has begun, you receive a full refund of fees paid for that session.
Partial refund
If document review has started but the live session has not occurred, we may refund the unused session portion and retain a fair fee for work already performed (typically the document-pass portion of the package).
Non-refundable items
- Completed written deliverables already sent to you
- Employer advisory work already delivered as a brief
- Deposits for in-person slots cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice (except illness with reasonable evidence, at our discretion)
Refund process and timing
Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method within fourteen business days of approval.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule once without fee if you give at least 48 hours’ notice. Later changes may incur a €40 administration fee or forfeit of a deposit.
No-shows
If you miss a scheduled session without notice, the session fee is forfeited. A new booking requires a new fee.
Work already started
Once annotated dossier files or a written career plan have been delivered, that portion of the fee is earned and not refundable.
Exceptions
If we cancel a session, you may choose a full refund or a free reschedule. Statutory consumer rights under DE law remain unaffected where they apply.
